We were referred to Capstone Estates in March of 2011 by a trusted friend. We weren't building a new home, but were planning a major renovation - expanding the kitchen, breaking through exterior walls, eliminating interior walls, relocating a bathroom, etc. We interviewed 6 home builders and kitchen contractors to discuss the project. There was really no question as to the right choice after visiting with Jonathan and checking additional references. And there's no question now that we made the right decision - our experience with Capstone Estates was exceptional on all levels. As his references had suggested, the quality of work was extremely high and the level of service and responsiveness was more than we could have hoped for. I've heard many horror stories from friends and associates who have built custom homes or taken on a major home renovation project. We experienced none of that. Not to say there were no challenges. Our home is over 65 years old, and there's always challenges when renovating an older home. But Jonathan kept us informed, was quick to respond to any situation and worked through each one with a high level of professionalism. We were looking for an experienced company with a strong reputation for quality and responsiveness. But working with someone we could trust - with strong ethics and integrity - was equally important to us. We found that in Jonathan Little and Capstone Estates. Jonathan finished the project on time and within budget, and we're absolutely delighted with the end result. This is a testimonial to describe my home building experience with Capstone Homes and Jonathan Little as the builder. My wife and I have built seven homes over our lifetime…five in Edmond, one in Washington DC, and one in St. Louis, Missouri. We have had every type of building experience one could imagine. It ranged from builders not keeping their word, charging for any little change, to quitting in the middle of the build leaving my dad and I to finish the house. My wife and I don’t mind paying for quality and value so we did a tremendous amount of research and interviewing before settled on Capstone Homes and Jonathan Little. From the very start there was no pressure and most amenities other builders charged for were included in Jonathan’s standard home. There were no hidden charges as I have experienced with other builders. For example, to start the build we needed to settle on a floor plan. I sketched a floor plan that was a combination of three houses we had lived in that we really enjoyed. Jonathan took my sketch and turned it into a floor plan. Over the next six months, we changed the plan over thirty times until we got it just like we wanted it with no extra charges or pressure from Jonathan to finalize the plan. His only concern was that we get the plan we wanted. Even as we began the build we made several minor changes to the plan with Jonathan’s suggestions. Jonathan even had a decorator for my wife to work with to pick out all the paints, tile, wall and floor coverings. The build went smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule and within cost. The quality of our home is the best we have experienced in all the houses we have owned. We have not had any major issues with the house and Jonathan has fixed every minor thing we have told him about even after our warranty expired. This is by far the best building experience I have ever had and Jonathan is head and shoulders above any other builder I with dealt with in my building experience. Our experience was so good, our daughter and son-in-law bought a home from Jonathan… It is refreshing to work with a person whose word is their bond…

We had a great experience working with Capstone Estates. Both John and Chad were accessible at all times and very responsive for any questions or needs that we had. They were very professional and stand by their work. The quality of their homes is evident from the time you step in the front door and the passion they have is clear when speaking with them. We are very pleased with the quality of the home and had no issues during the recent sub zero temperatures we experienced in February.
